Job Title: 

Sales Representative

Job Summary:
The Sales Representative is responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts while managing the quality and consistency of product and service delivery. The Sales Representative must be well equipped with product knowledge so as to clarify any doubts their customers might raise. The job also requires the sales representative to not only maintain the current sales, but also give it a boost with their efforts. The Sales Representative will be tasked with strategically developing and maintaining opportunities within their assigned territory. She/he engages directly with dealers and prospective customers and will complete samples and product demonstrations as needed to support the established sales goals.

EDUCATION

  • Minimum of five (5) CXC O’Level passes (including Math and English)
  • Sales Training
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.


EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of two (2) years in a similar position.
  • Experience in marketing, advertising, brand management and sales.

 

Job Title: 
Quality Control Officer

The Quality Control Officer handles an array of duties such as:

  • a) Conducts assessments to identify document management requirements of departments and end users.
  • b) Works with Managers and Supervisors to establish standards, systems and procedures for all Company processes.
  • c) Monitors regulatory activity to maintain compliance with records and document management laws.
  • d) Writes, reviews and executes plans for auditing/testing new or established document management systems.
  • e) Prepares and records changes to official documents.
  • f) Exercises security over document processing, reproduction, distribution, storage or archiving.
  • g) Proposes recommendations for improving management systems.
  • h) Ensures that all documents are error-free.
  • i) Responsible for file validation and document controlling.

EDUCATION

  • Passes in five (5) CXC Subjects including Mathematics and English.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences.


EXPERIENCE

  • At least one (1) year working experience and knowledge in a similar position.

 

Job Title: 
Mechanical Technician 2

The Mechanical Technician 2:

  • a) Assists in troubleshooting repair challenges on equipment.
  • b) Possesses sound theoretical knowledge on the principles and approaches of mechanical/hydraulic equipment.
  • c) Is knowledgeable of the application of the safe handling of tools.
  • d) Works closely with the Shop Supervisor or his designate on assigned repair jobs.
  • e) Assists in general housekeeping practices.
  • f) Handling and storage of parts and materials related to jobs.
  • g) Carries out Preventative maintenance on all the company’s (RPL) equipment as per scheduled.


EDUCATION

  • Minimum of 5 CXC ‘O’Level passes (including Math, English and a Science Subject)
  • A Technical Certificate in MET or EEET (or in progress of attaining) OR
  • Any other tertiary level Diploma or Certification in a related field.

EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of 5 years practical mechanical (repair) experience required.

 

Job Title:
Hydraulic Supervisor – Workshop

Job Summary:
The successful applicant works to improve the working environment and business processes of the company along with the Service Department Manager, Supervisors and Hydraulic Sales Manager. He/she will be responsible for maintaining work flow by monitoring steps of the process; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 CXC O’Level passes inclusive of Maths and English
  • 2 – 3 years in a similar position
  • Hydraulic or Mechanical Certificates will be an asset
  • Must be Computer Literate
  • A vehicle will be an asset

 


 

Job Title:
Hydraulic Technician Trainee

Job Summary:
The Hydraulic Technician Trainee applies basic theory and principles of hydraulic/mechanical engineering to repair, modify, develop, test, or calibrate machinery and equipment under direction of supervisors.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 CXC O’Level passes inclusive of Maths and English
  • MIC certificates / training would be an advantage
  • Must be Computer Literate
